Blair Simmons, as an employee of NYU’s LaGuardia Studio, executed a 3D scan of Björk for MIT’s Neri Oxman. The mask Neri Oxman, and her team at the MIT Media Lab, built the 3D mask Björk wore for multiple performances based off the 3D scan executed by Blair Simmons and Taylor Absher. The specifics of this projects has been documented here.
